Once the scene is safe and the vehicle is released for collection, call with your location and a description of the damage. Tell us if the wheels are damaged or the vehicle cannot move, so we can assess the recovery.

How soon can you get to me?

Arrival depends on your location, traffic and current availability. Call with your exact location and we’ll confirm an estimated arrival time.

How much does recovery cost?

The quote depends on the vehicle, its condition, the collection location and the destination. We’ll explain the price before arranging recovery.

Which vehicles can you recover?

We use a 7.5-tonne flatbed truck with an electric winch. Call with your vehicle’s make, model and condition so we can confirm weight, size and loading suitability.

Can you repair my vehicle at the roadside?

ABR specialises in recovery and transport. We do not carry out roadside mechanical repairs; we can take your vehicle to an agreed garage or destination.

Can I book transport outside the North East?

Yes. We arrange vehicle transport from Newcastle to destinations across the UK. Call with your collection and delivery postcodes and preferred date.
